How long does it take to go live?

Most implementations go live within 7 business days. Larger data migrations may take up to 20 business days.

Can you migrate data from other CRMs?

Yes. Our team has developed data-cleaning and migration solutions that automate the process—ensuring a fast, accurate, and efficient transition using Microsoft technologies.

Can I sync Outlook emails with the CRM?

Yes. Emails can be automatically tracked and linked to client records inside the CRM.

What is cross-tenant email sync?

Cross-tenant email sync allows your Outlook emails (in your firm’s Microsoft environment) to automatically appear inside the CRM—even if your CRM is hosted in a separate Microsoft tenant.

Can I track emails even if they are deleted in Outlook?

Yes. Once emails are synced to the CRM, they remain stored and accessible within the client record.

Can I track multiple email addresses?

Yes. We offer an in-house solution that allows you to track emails from multiple addresses within the same CRM.

Can I attach files when sending emails from the CRM?

Yes, email attachments are fully supported directly within the CRM.

Can I sync Outlook calendar meetings with CRM?

Yes. Meetings created in Outlook can be synced with CRM records, and vice versa. Some limitations may apply to recurring meetings and ownership.

Can the CRM automatically send annual review reminders?

Yes. Automated workflows can trigger emails based on events such as KYC renewal dates or review cycles.

Can I send meetings on behalf of another user?

This depends on Outlook permissions and delegation settings, which must be configured accordingly.

If I cancel a meeting in CRM, will it cancel in Outlook?

Not automatically. In most cases, the Outlook event must be deleted manually.

Can we implement custom automations in the CRM?

Yes. Dynamics 365 allows you to automate your entire client lifecycle—from onboarding and follow-ups to compliance workflows—using built-in tools like Power Automate.

Can I create my own KPI dashboards?

Yes. You can build your own dashboards using built-in tools. We also offer training and can create custom dashboards for you if needed.

Can I track tasks and activities at the household level?

Can OneNote integrate with the CRM?

Yes. OneNote can be integrated to store meeting notes and client documentation directly within CRM records.

Can I export mailing lists for labels?

Yes. You can export CRM data to Excel and use Word mail merge to generate mailing labels.

Is Dynamics 365 cloud-based or on-premises?

Dynamics 365 is a cloud-based solution hosted on Microsoft Azure. While an on-premises version exists, most modern implementations run in the cloud.

Where is my data hosted?

Your data is hosted in Microsoft Azure, in the region where your business operates. Microsoft secures the infrastructure, while we configure access and data controls.

How does Dynamics 365 relate to Power Platform and Dataverse?

Dynamics 365 runs on Microsoft Dataverse (the data layer), while the Power Platform enables automation, customization, and reporting using the same data.

Can I access the CRM on mobile?

Yes. Full mobile functionality is available on both iOS and Android devices.

Is Microsoft Dynamics 365 SOC 2 compliant?

Yes. Microsoft Dynamics 365 adheres to SOC 2 Type II standards and undergoes independent third-party audits annually.

Is the CRM encrypted and secure?
